White House to Sign CARES Act on Friday Afternoon; Clock Starts on SBA Regulations

The Washington Post is reporting that the White House will sign the CARES Act on Friday afternoon, starting the 15 day clock on when the SBA is supposed to issue regulations.  This time is important because lenders may be hesitant to disburse funds until they have seen the final regulations.  However, many lenders will begin to accept applications eariler.
